Should we fail to provide a client with complete satisfaction (complete service of documents) and that client provides us with a competitor's confirmed copy of the Proof of Service for that same serve, given the same information and circumstances, we will gladly return 100% of the amount paid to us. *
* This guarantee is effective for 120 days from your original court filing date, and is void if our recommendation for 'Alternate Service' is not effected by us prior to retaining another firm.
