Although we do not provide legal advice, we may offer suggestions on your case based on our experience which may assist in the process, expedite your case, or save you costs.
We may secure current addresses via a ‘Postal Locate.' These may take from one to four weeks to be returned from the Post Office and are billed only when the information returned results in completed service or the information returned is requested by the client.
If for any reason we cannot complete service for you, we will provide you with the information necessary to request from the court, permission to serve your documents by an alternate method.
