Payment Terms
Payment is required up-front, thus allowing us to maintain our low rates.
Fees are based on a ten-mile delivery distance from an officer’s (Process Server) location. By calling the appropriate officer we are logistically able to maintain our low rates.
Special circumstances may require additional fees starting at $10. For example, rush service, after hours, excessive distance, service in prisons, service in airports, on weekends or locations which hinder direct service.
Documents may be delivered, mailed or faxed. Document pick-up is FREE, if within 20 miles, from place of pick-up.
Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Personal or Business Checks, Money Order, Certified Funds, Visa or MC.
