Process Service
Call 480-777-0000 for your process service needs.
Most service will be completed the same day. At least three attempts (due diligence) will be performed. Each attempt is made at a different time of day, on a different day, unless circumstances or strategy dictate otherwise. Additional attempts may be made if we believe service can be completed.
Upon completion of service you will be immediately notified by phone. In addition to filing the Proof of Service at court we will provide you with a copy of the Proof by mail or fax.
Should we fail to complete service we will inform you how to request the courts permission to complete service by ‘Alternate Method.' We work with you to ensure service is completed.
